Congratulations UVic Law Class of 2012
UVic Law faculty members, staff and students would like to congratulate everyone who convocated at the graduation ceremony on June 14, 2012.
Mila Shah was this year’s recipient of the Law Society of British Columbia Gold Medal, awarded to the graduate who achieves the highest cumulative grade point average during the three-year J.D. program.
Miriam Isman and Meaghan McWhinnie shared the William R. McIntyre Award. The award is presented annually to a member, or members, of the graduating class who exhibits exemplary dedication to community service, student leadership and academic excellence over the course of the J.D. program.
The Class of 2012 includes three Doctor of Philosophy graduates, six Master of Laws graduates, and 103 Juris Doctor graduates.
