UVic Professors cited by the Supreme Court of Canada

Remedies: The Law of Damage, 2^nd by UVic President and Professor Jamie Cassels and Associate Dean and Professor Elizabeth Adjin-Tettey was cited in the majority decision of the Supreme Court of Canada in IBM Canada Limited v Waterman, 2013 SCC 70, a case on deductibility of pension benefits from damages for wrongful dismissal.
