Spotlight on Experiential Learning: Instructor panel with the Committee for Community Engaged Pedagogy

Be the conduit for your students’ success as members of their local, national, and international communities. Join Danette Nearing-Guibord, Instructor III (Criminology) and Chair of the Committee for Community Engaged Pedagogy (CCEP), to learn more about how Carleton faculty/instructors have integrated campus-community partnerships into their courses.

Instructor panelists include:

  • Andrew Webb, Assistant Professor and Academic Director of the Project-Based Service Learning Initiative (Sprott School of Business)
  • Jesse Stewart, Associate Professor (Music)

This session is part of Teaching and Learning Services’ (TLS) Experiential Learning Virtual Showcase, running all week November 8 to 12, 9am-3pm. With over a dozen sessions, the event showcases some of the many amazing ways that Carleton faculty/instructors have brought experiential learning into their classrooms with the support of campus partners.
