Skilled Building Maintenance Specialist, $4062 to $8341 per month

• Under the general supervision of the Facilities Director is responsible for semi-skilled and skilled maintenance work of considerable difficulty.
• Participates in a variety of tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry and general mechanical repair work.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment such as exhaust fans, HVAC, mechanical gates and other facility mechanical items; inspects structures for general condition and reports issues to the Director.
• Operates a variety of tools and equipment such as assorted hand and power tools, plungers, sewer rodders and drills.
• Maintains positive relationships with contractors, staff in the facility, vendors and other tenants and provides timely response to problems and issues.
