Accommodation types
Our family housing complex includes 181 units in apartment and townhouse layouts, including some accessible units for residents with disabilities.
Apartments
Apartments are available with either one or two bedrooms, and range in size from 450 sq.ft. to 700 sq.ft.

Townhouses
Townhouses are available in two bedrooms plus den, and range in size from 870 sq.ft. to 920 sq.ft. We also have a very limited supply of three-bedroom townhouses (approximately 1100 sq.ft.).

Features
All of our apartments and townhouses share the following features.

- Dishwasher
- Curtains/roller shades
- Carpet/vinyl flooring
These items are not included and need to be arranged for by the resident:
- Furniture
- Electrical service
- Internet service
- Telephone service

Please be aware that we do not allow:
- Pets (except certified guide dogs, pursuant to the Guide Dog and Service Dog Act of BC)
- Subletting
- Smoking (except in designated areas)
