Graduate students

We reserve a limited number of bachelor apartments, one-bedroom apartments, and cluster units for graduate students.

Cluster housing

The Cluster (CL) neighbourhood is comprised of apartment and townhouse units. These self-contained units include either two or four bedrooms, a full kitchen and a semi-furnished living room. A two bedroom unit includes two full bathrooms. A four bedroom unit has two semi-private washrooms and one semi-private shower room. 

Semi-Private Bathroom - A semi-private bathroom is shared between two or more students, and is used only by the residents of that unit. Usually 2-4 students share a semi-private bathroom. Residents in these units are responsible for cleaning the bathroom themselves.

If you live in the Cluster neighbourhood, you are not required to purchase a meal plan.

Our 4-bedroom cluster units offer four single bedrooms within each unit. In Cluster apartment units all four bedrooms are on one floor. In the Cluster townhouse units, there are two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs.

Each kitchen has two fridges, stove, and a dining room table with four chairs. Cable hookups are available in each bedroom room however students need to arrange and pay for cable service and provide their own television. Wireless Internet is available across campus including residence. Internet ports are also located in each room however students will need to provide their own Ethernet cable.

Apartments

Throughout our dormitory buildings, we offer a limited number of self-contained, furnished bachelor (studio) and one-bedroom apartments.

A bachelor apartment combines living, sleeping, and cooking areas in a single room, and a private bathroom.  

A one-bedroom apartment includes living and cooking areas with a separate bedroom and private bathroom.

Private Bathroom (Bachelor and One-bedroom apartments only) - A private bathroom is attached to the living/bedroom area of an apartment. Only the resident of the unit has access to the bathroom. Residents in bachelor and one-bedrooms units are responsible for cleaning the bathrooms themselves.
