It’s important to start your university life off right! Here are several programs to help you put your best foot forward:

  • The Writing Students Union hosts readings and events throughout the year, as well as publishing an annual student literary journal, This Side of West ()
  • Writing students also frequently write, edit and shoot photos for UVic's student newspaper, The Martlet, and host programs and events for CFUV, the campus radio station
  • Our students also produce an online magazine, Saltern.
