Indigenous Relations Inside and Outside the BC Public Service - Recording available

“Indigenous Relations Inside and Outside the BC Public Service” A panel of four senior Indigenous public servants in the Government of the Province of British Columbia (bios below) will provide reflections on their work in the BC Public Service. They will discuss the status of the implementation of the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (DRIPA), reconciliation in action and their experiences as Indigenous persons working in the BC Government. A key event for students, faculty and anyone interested in Indigenous relations.

Welcome Dr. Yurii Koretskyi

The School of Public Administration is pleased to welcome Dr. Yurii Koretskyi as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. Dr. Koretskyi will be working with Dr. Tamara Krawchenko and Dr. Katya Rhodes on projects linked to Dr, Rhodes’ 2022-25 SSHRC Insight grant which assesses political costs of achieving Canada’s net-zero emissions target using modelling of climate policy pathways and a national survey of public support for stringent climate policy.
