How to declare the HDCC Certificate: 
For students in the Faculties of Social Sciences, Humanities and Science you will need to declare your certificate or  submit a program change , you must have a minimum of 12 units of completed coursework, satisfied the University English Requirement and met all lower-level grade requirements for your program. 
Sign in to your "MY PAGE" and select the grades and records tab and then pick the program declaration or change option and complet the steps. 
For students outside of the Faculties of Social Sciences, Humanites or Science, you will need to complete a Request for Interfaculty Degree Program Form.
