How to Apply Online
1. Submit your application through the application portal. Applications open on September 1.
2. Select your admissions stream. Prospective applicants should review all streams to decide which type best fits their situation.

3. Upload your unofficial transcripts.
- We require transcripts from all post secondary institutions you have attended, including any institutions you have attended on exchange and study abroad.
- We don't need official transcripts for your application. If you accept our offer of admission, you will be required to have official transcripts sent directly to us from the issuing institutions.
- Send your updated fall grades (if applicable) and Inclusive Statement including supporting documentation (Inclusive admissions stream only) by email to lclerk2@uvic.ca or by mail to:

4. Upload your personal statement.
5. Pay your application fee by credit card or INTERAC online.
6. Write down your applicant ID (starts with A00) and password. You'll need them for checking the status of your application later.
7. Check My UVic application regularly.
During peak times, updates to the information within My UVic Application regarding dates received may be impacted by processing delays. Mailed supporting documents will be stamped on the date they are received in our office, however, it may take several weeks for this date to be reflected on your "My UVic Application" page.
