Faculty and staff bookings
The Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Management is now accepting space booking requests for Summer 2024.
Classroom space can be booked by academic and administrative units for official UVic business, including (but not limited to):
- Thesis and dissertation defenses
- Review sessions, make-up classes or exams, breakout rooms
- Extended class time or additional classes
- Office hours
- Lab meetings
- Workshops/guest speakers
- Academic or administrative unit meetings
- Continuing Studies and Language Program bookings
- Preparation for an academic class presentation
- Conferences or seminars
To rent space for personal use, refer to community bookings.
Please note: No food or beverage (except water) is permitted in classrooms unless ordered through Degrees Catering.
