Undergraduate programs

Our minor and diploma programs offer students the opportunity to wrestle with important questions surrounding wealth, racism, violence, labour, the environment and more.

We offer two undergraduate programs: a minor/general, and a diploma.

Both programs require the completion of core SJS courses and a selection of pre-approved electives.

Our programs offer students the opportunity to wrestle with questions of:

  • Wealth inequality globally
  • Racism and its institutionalization
  • Domestic violence
  • Labour rights and conditions
  • Migration and contemporary refugee and asylum debates
  • Ecological degradation and environmental justice
