Who we are

The Office of Campus Planning & Sustainability acts as a coordinator and resource for students, staff, faculty and administration working towards shared goals of environmental sustainability at the University of Victoria. Click here to meet the team!

What we do

UVic is a recognized leader in sustainability action, achieving a Gold status from the AASHE's STARS reporting framework. The Office of Campus Planning and Sustainability works with departments like Food Services, Purchasing, Facilities Management, Parking and Transportation and more to meet our goals and actions set out in our Sustainability Action Plan.

As it is laid out in the Plan, we strive to achieve sustainability in all areas of campus operations, from grounds and buildings to waste disposal, all of which are discussed in detail on our Campus topics pages.

Where we are

You can find the Office of Campus Planning and Sustainability on the second floor of the Michael Williams Building. We are located in MWB B260.
