NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Metro Nashville Police said five teens were arrested Wednesday after allegedly carjacking a woman outside the Dollar General Store on Lafayette Street.

Police said the teens, ranging in age from 18 to 13, carjacked a 34-year-old woman by placing a gun to her head outside the Dollar General.

Police were able to track the teens in the car from the sky with the MNPD helicopter.

Video from the helicopter shows the teenagers bail out of the car in a neighborhood and attempt to flee on foot. All were caught and taken into custody, according to police, and three guns were seized.

The 18-year-old is charged with carjacking, gun possession by a convicted felon, evading arrest, attempted escape and contributing to the delinquency of minors. Police said he was convicted of auto theft in February and placed on probation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $45,000.
