NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A woman was rushed to the hospital in Nashville after a rollover crash with “serious injuries” on Friday night, according to Smokey Barn News.

The crash happened on Black Patch Road at Allison Lane. The first 911 call came in around 1:22 a.m.

Smokey Barn News said the driver, a woman in her 20s, was pinned inside the car. The woman had to be pulled out of the vehicle.

Officials told Smokey Barn News that the woman had serious injuries but was still able to communicate with medics that took her to Skyline Medical Center.

According to Smokey Barn, the vehicle appeared to have left the roadway, hit a small concrete walkway bridge and rolled about 100 feet before landing on its roof.

The cause of the crash is being investigated by the Springfield Police Department, Smokey Barn News said. The Springfield Fire Department, Robertson County EMS and the Springfield Police Department all responded to the crash.
