Traffic heavily impacted on I-40 due to overturned fuel tanker
Crews are working to get the flow of traffic moving again.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Traffic is heavily impacted on Interstate 40 East at the Interstate 440 East junction after a fuel tanker overturned.
The Metro Nashville Police Department said traffic lanes are currently closed.
Crews are working to get the flow of traffic moving again.
“Traffic on I-40 east at the I-440 east junction has been significantly impacted by an overturned fuel tanker. Traffic lanes are closed presently. Crews are working to mitigate this so that traffic flow can resume as soon as possible,” MNPD said.
