It's a fairly old SICP fanfic from 2009 I believe.
Excerpts from this were used as kopipes in awful threads on jp, most notably alongside the Marisa & Alice diaper one.

I think sicpstory.pdf might have actually been some version of the Melancholy of SICP no Shana (https://pastebin.com/raw/vMqhEgCA).
It's hard to say, there were several versions of MOSNS.
