How to install the Emacs operating system

I want to install the Emacs operating system to experience its legendary text editing capabilities. I have created a new partition on my hard disk to accommodate Emacs. Now, how do I boot into Emacs from the BIOS?

That is a window manager implemented using Common Lisp. I could install that after installing the Emacs operating system. How does that help in installing Emacs?
