Madeline Bost

Madeline Bost is a a masters athlete who lives in Ironia New Jersey. She did not run competitively until after becoming a master. Bost is nationally ranked in road racing and in track & field where she has competed at the 800, 1500, 3,000 meters and the steeplechase. In 1991 she set the W50 -54 World pole vault record and continues to compete at pole vaulting and high jumping. In addition she has competed in Duathlons (biathlons - run-bike-run).

Bost is a nationally published free lance writer who also writes a running column that appears in two New Jersey newspapers. She operates Runners News Service which supplies race results and race coverage to several New Jersey newspapers. Bost also is a professional race director and race consultant.

Nationally Bost holds the office of USATF Masters Track & Field Treasurer. In New Jersey she is the USATF-NJ Masters Long Distance Running Committee Chair as well as serving as the USATF-NJ Vice President.

Bost's uses and markets a line of natural nutritional supplements. She assists athletes in selecting supplements for their athletic needs and has developed a Mentor system for helping others in their own home based business networks.
