All the aspects of golf, from tee to green, will be challenged at The Legend, which plays 7,005 yards and a par-72 from the championship tees. The Legend features seven lakes, 156 bunkers and beautiful mountain scenery. It is also considered to have some of the most undulating greens in the entire valley. A new clubhouse was added to the facility in 2002.
by Chris Nelson on March 01st, 2021 20:03Don't let anyone tell you different. This is a great Palmer track for minimal $$. Great layout, greens are typical Palmer but still a hoot to play on. Course is a hidden gem but with the rye grass all courses are a little rough around the edges in the winter. Overall best bang for the buck I've seen in Surprise area.

by Zach on August 11th, 2011 10:34It's a decent course cuz it has some different stuff to it. 16.50 for a round of 18 and a bucket of golf balls was a great deal, and as far as conditions everything was well kept, and the only downside was the fact that houses surrouned every hole, but that was already given.
