Biography
Dr. Kerstin Heilgenberg joined the Gustavson School of Business in 2018. Kerstin teaches business English and communication, and introduction to Canadian business for Gustavson international and exchange students. She shares her background in intercultural communication and international education with students in the MGB program.
Kerstin focuses on international understanding to navigate a globalized world. In her teaching she fosters students’ grows and supports each individual student to reach his or her full potential. Studying abroad is a great opportunity as well as a challenge and Kerstin sees her role as an educator to support students on this exciting journey. She aims to enhance students’ ability to communicate within their new academic setting and to assist in fostering students’ ability to connect with each other.
