Biography

Andie (Jung Won) Lee is an assistant professor at the Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria.

Andie has a track record of professional experience in human resources and marketing, working at global corporations in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), engineering and motor sports industries. Being an expatriate in Germany, Switzerland and Ukraine, and educated in South Korea, United States and France, Andie always seeks to bring her unique global experiences to her research and classes.

Her research centres on the psychological micro-foundations of complex interpersonal relationships at the workplace and their performance implications, drawing on social networks and multilevel perspective.

Andie received her PhD in Management from HEC Paris in France.
