The role of the oceanic lithosphere in the Earth system, controls on ocean chemistry, the long-term carbon cycle, hydrothermal fluxes, petrology/geochemistry.

Research focus

I am interested in the role of the oceanic lithosphere in the Earth system. My research focuses on understanding mantle temperature and composition through the magma chamber process and high-temperature hydrothermal circulation to low-temperature off-axis hydrothermal systems.
