WASHINGTON (Gray DC) - Former President Donald Trump is set to spend four days in court this week for his New York trial regarding hush money payments to Stormy Daniels.

Opening arguments are set to start Monday. The court does not meet on Wednesdays.

In D.C. the Supreme Court has a busy week ahead.

Monday the court hears whether punishing homeless people for sleeping on public property is unconstitutional.

Tuesday’s case revolves around a group of Starbuck’s workers from Memphis, TN, and whether they were fired for trying to unionize.

On Wednesday the court hears another high profile abortion case. This one about providing treatment for pregnant women in emergency situations.

The Supreme Court caps off the term with Trump v. United States on Thursday.

The court will hear arguments from Donald Trump’s attorneys on whether, as a former president, he may claim total immunity from criminal prosecution.

Tuesday the Senate will take up the House’s foreign aid package passed over the weekend.

The House is out this week.
