More than a dozen ducklings rescued from Goodlettsville storm drain

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Firefighters in Goodlettsville rescued a family of baby ducks from a storm drain on Saturday.

The Goodlettsville Fire Department said they received a report about the ducklings and sent crews to help.

Photos on the department’s Facebook page show more than a dozen ducklings were rescued from the drain and then given a bath.

The ducklings are now headed to their “forever home” with one of Goodlettsville’s firefighters, according to GFD.
