NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Seth Rogers looked at a Clarksville playground where he used to watch his son Sebastian play, and thought of how much the 15-year-old would enjoy the beautiful day.

“He loves to play at this park, see how it’s empty, that’s pretty much how I feel, I’m empty right now,” Seth said. “It’s been two months, which means for two months, I haven’t seen my son.”

Sebastian went missing on Feb. 26, last seen in the are of his mother and stepfather’s Hendersonville home, according to investigators. There have been no confirmed sightings of Sebastian.

The two months since, for Seth, have felt like one long, continuous day. He has hired private investigators to try and help locate his son.

The TBI conducted multiple large-scale searches by ground, water and air in the days and weeks after Sebastian was declared missing.

“I need everybody in the world to help me find my son. It’s been two months, he could be anywhere,” Seth said.

Seth admits he is curious about what the family dynamics were in Sebastian’s home prior to his disappearance. The TBI has maintained there is no evidence of foul play.

“As for what happened, [I don’t know] because I have no information on what happened, but I do believe [the Amber Alert] policy needs to be changed. When an autistic child supposedly walks out the door and disappears, it doesn’t mean you classify it as a runaway, it’s a missing person, there should be an Amber Alert done immediately.”

Seth will be joined by about 100 other people at the Light the Path for Sebastian event at 7:30 p.m. at East Main Street in Hendersonville on Friday. They will light the bridge up with Sebastian’s favorite color green and hold a moment of silence.
