Carleton University Healthy Workplace
Healthy Workplace encourages Carleton University faculty and staff to champion positive physical and mental health, build meaningful social connections, foster personal and collective resilience, explore opportunities for personal growth, and enjoy work-life balance. Lunchtime workshops and activities, monthly challenges, and many other programs and resources allow members of the Carleton community to get involved in our Healthy Workplace culture.

Summer Gardening Series
Presented by Master Gardeners of Ottawa-Carleton (MGOC), this speaker series is the perfect opportunity to learn from a local Master Gardener and connect with fellow gardeners across campus.

Art with Pressed Flowers
Join Dawn Schmidt and Healthy Workplace for an in-person workshop exploring the basics of pressed flower art and creating your very own.

Spring / Summer Meditation Series
Join Dr. Colin Cordner in Carleton’s Spirituality Centre for a monthly meditation session. This meditation series is for beginners and anyone looking to refresh their understanding of the meditation technique.

Outdoor Lunchtime Volleyball
It’s that time of year! Healthy Workplace Lunchtime Volleyball is moving outdoors to Carleton’s outdoor sand volleyball court. Grab a colleague and join us for games in July and August.
