Philosophy student Harmony Ezeuko says his education has opened him to new perspectives, made him more empathetic and helped him understand himself and the world around him.

Studying the humanities helps us reflect on how our languages, cultures, technologies and environments shape who we are. We engage with the richness offered by diversity, difference, distance and place. The liberal arts force us to challenge the things we take for granted and become intellectually open, curious and aware citizens.

Our courses explore everything from popular culture to ancient history. We examine literature, languages and culture from a variety of perspectives.
