National Tennessee Whiskey Day Dinner at Henley with Davidson Reserve

Henley’s Warm Duck Fat Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Duck fat
2 Tablespoons Shallot, minced
4 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 Tablespoon Davidson reserve whiskey
To Taste salt and pepper
Directions:
Heat duck fat in saute pan with shallot. Remove from heat. Combine all ingredients besides warm duck fat in blender.
Slowly drizzle in warm duck fat.
Keep warm until ready to serve!
