Welcome to Carleton’s Scheduling and Examination Services (SES) Department! SES is the department mandated with creating course timetables and coordinating formally scheduled final examinations on behalf of the university community. SES provides five essential services to our university community: Space Management/Room Bookings, Course Timetabling, Scheduling and Administering Examinations, the McIntyre Exam Centre and Proctor Services for External Exams. On this website, you can find more information about our services, including important details for students, instructors, and administrative staff regarding timetables, exams and more.

Scheduling and Examination Services

Scheduling and Examination Services (SES) offices are open on campus Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. To contact SES please call 613-520-2600×1571.

To contact the McIntyre Exam Centre please call 613-520-2600×1571 or email ExamRoom@cunet.carleton.ca (for in-person assessment queries) or OnlineExams@cunet.carleton.ca (for inquiries relating to online assessments)

The McIntyre Exam Centre’s office location is open Monday-Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The testing centre locations operates 7 days a week, from 8:30am-10:00pm based on booking request. For more information on accommodations at the McIntyre Exam Centre please visit the Exam Accommodations page. Instructors looking to book in-person seating and invigilation for PMC students at a McIntyre Exam Centre location should visit the McIntyre Exam Centre booking form.
