As of May 1, 2024, anyone using HOTSPOT to park at Carleton must change their primary location (City) from ‘OTTAWA’ to ‘CARLETON UNIVERSITY – OTTAWA’.
This can be done in the App as outlined below. As of May 1, Carleton Visitor Parking Lots will not be recognized using the ‘OTTAWA’ primary location.
- Log in to your account in the Hotspot App
- Press the Menu bars (Upper left)
- Select Manage My Account
- Select Login & Account info
- Select Update Account Details
- Locate the option to change your home city
- Select Carleton University – Ottawa from the dropdown menu
- Click Update to save your changes.
Note: the Carleton University – Ottawa option will not be available until May 1, 2024.
