What We Do

Using a service delivery model that places emphasis on customer service and a problem-solving approach, we are committed to making your safety our priority.

• 24-hour response to routine and emergency calls for security, medical, fire and police services;
• the enforcement of Carleton University policies, the Criminal Code and relevant provincial statutes;
• the promotion of physical security, crime prevention, safety awareness and referrals to additional resources.

Mission

The Campus Safety Services team is caring, collaborative and professional. We serve the Carleton University community through community engagement, prevention, risk intervention and 24/7 incident response. We work with our partners to create a welcoming and safe environment for all.
